Will Meat Ever be Simpsonized?

I mean Homer and Chief Wiggum (Two of the dumbest and fattest people in the show) meeting a guy named after one of Homer's favorite dishes is sure to make a great scene!

Here's what I made up as a gag:

Homer: Who are you?
Meat: I'm Meat Loaf
Homer: No i mean who are you?
Meat: I'm Meat loaf
Homer: God dammit stop acting stupid! Who are you?
Meat: Fine ...... I'm Jim Steinman
Homer: Who? you said you were a Meatloaf
Meat: MEAT LOAF. that's my name! I'm a rock star!
Homer: mmmmm ..... meaty rock star
Wiggum: Your Meat Loaf? THE Meat Loaf?!
Meat: yes
Wiggum: Your under arrest
Meat: For what?
Wigguim: meat loaf is a copyrighted food
Meat: If you let me go i will sing
Wiggum: What?
Meat: a song called out of the frying pan
Homer: mmmmm...... fried Meat
Wiggum: What's up with you and food "Mr. Loaf"
Meat: I bet you can't fit in levies

out of the tons of reasons why that wont happen, the most obvious one:

The Simpsons just do spoofs of a) all time famous celebrities or b) people who are in the headlines right now. If he doesnt bring out a super mega success album bigger than booh that wont happen. Or IF, then just as in South Park as an umimportant side kick in a scene about former rock stars.
No way they'll put references to Frying Pan or Steinman in. Nobody "out there" knows of them.
