Hi - I didn't know where to post this as it is a bit off topic but then in someways not! :?

I was just looking at cds at HMV, etc. and was drawn to the cover of Sarah's new cd hence me going to her website, http://www.sarah-brightman.com

There is (well it seems to me) to have a very Meat Loaf-ish/Jim Steinman feel to it - looking at the artwork and other pictures associated with the cd - even the cd has that BIG feel about it. I can't find any mention of Jim so I'm assuming there is no involvement but it reminds me of ML in such a way that I am compelled to buy this cd. It obviously isn't exactly the same but there's that feel to it....

Has anyone else found themselves drawn to it or have any other knowledge about it?

K.

Sarah Brightman gets on my nerves... However I do see what you mean.
It's a great cover.

I never really liked her either though I do like ALW, Phantom and all of that. I found this writeup that compares it to Meat/Jim's style both at the beginning and end of the article. http://www.cdconnection.com/details/Sarah_Brightman_Symphony/42736?s=KerSMHBvTHtY
