A good interview about In Search of Paradise

One nice line reads "And we're doing some shows in the UK, and starting another record, and hopefully, you know, I'll get another film."

I think she's been mentioned once or twice before, but nowhere near often enough IMO.

I doubt it's anything stirring, it's a perfectly valid comment regarding how Paradise is performed, great to see some recognition for Patti's imput

Having only seen 'In Search of Paradise' once I'm fairly sure that there is a small montage showing Meat's previous duet partners for Paradise and Patti is completely missing... can anyone confirm this?

I know - no one can forget her. Aspen is great doing the lead female now, don't get me wrong but Patti, well, she kinda made AFL female segment hers, as she was the first woman to sing it live and I guess no one can really do it as good as she did, but I do like Aspen's voice and I she has done a really good job and like she said in the doc; not to get caught up in the legacy :-)

Well actually imo Lorraine Loud did the best ever live Performance of AFL with Meat Loaf at Whitley Bay, many moons ago;)LOL...
Patti is indeed in a class of her own.

i find the first part of that sentence even more interesting.
so that means he wont do any shows outside the UK this year, no Europe or America?
I should really get my hands on some tickets then.

No, Lorraine Loud did AFL Live with Meat in a concert in Whitley Bay. She was outstanding.
Although Patti is the only one who comes close to doing AFL as good as Lorraine!
