Adams and Oasis pick up Silver Clef awards

Bryan Adams and Oasis were among those honoured at today’s Silver Clef Awards.

The Manchester band picked up the prestigious main Silver Clef Award at the lunch-time event, which took place at London’s Park Lane Hilton hotel, while Bryan Adams won the Hard Rock Ambassadors of Rock award in recognition of his charity work.

Squeeze picked up the icon award and The Fratellis were named best British band.
