Well, not directly from the forum, otherwise you will print the complete forum page.

BUt you can save the picture with a click on the right mouse button... menu will appear... click on Save Picture... and the picture will be saved on you hd, when you entered offcourse the right source were it must be at.

And then you can make changes if you like with different photo programs, and print the picture.
