According to The Stoney and Meatloaf pages (http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/stoneymeat/), "(I'd Love to Be) As Heavy as Jesus" was released on "The Keys to the Kingdom", which was reissued on CD.
Love how the title of this thread made me piss my pants and then I find its only three S&M songs.
