Apparently, Irish police were confused as to why a certain Polish gentleman kept getting caught for speeding and other offences but each time gave a different address. "Prawo Jazdy" was obviously evading prosecution by lying about where he lived, and had gotten away with it over 50 times.
Except he wasn't. "Prawo Jazdy" isn't a person. "Prawo Jazdy" is Polish for "Driving Licence".
