I really hope Jade has the wedding of her dreams today, and it all goes off as planned with no hitches.
I cant believe how she is coping with everything so calmly.
Such a young age to have to be going through it all,its so very sad...
My thoughts are with her today...
Cancer is such a terrible disease, and to think that Jade went to the docs about 5 years ago with symptoms and it was dismissed because of her age....

Though it is tragic I think she went about it the wrong way, I mean look at Kylie for example she kept out of the public eye and media and came back fighting fit. Also Jade made the error of being absolutely vile to Shelepi (name) and made alot of enemys and now those same people are feeling sorry for her. Makes no sense. I think personally and on a whole she's not considered her family in all of this, they must be suffering deeply too and I'm sure they don't want constant reminders when they go into the local newsagent that she's dying.

the only reason she has gone public is purely so her boys future will be secure and they will not have the crap childhood that she had.
Also with Shelepi there were a lot of faults on both side ( not all of what went on was published ),with Jade she speaks before she thinks.there is no hidden agenda ...what you see is what you get...

I think probably the family don't need reminders - I can't imagine they would be able to forget, or to think of anything else!
As for being in the public eye, I think in some ways this can be a good thing if it makes only one girl get her screening without putting it off, and catch this awful disease early enough, then the publicity of it is worth it. I think there was a girl on the radio earlier this week who read all the news and started thinking 'that could be me' and so went to get tested...was a good thing she did and they think they have found it early enough - I do hope so.
I can see downsides to the whole publicity thing though - for one it's maybe not particularly dignified...but what the hell, it's Jade's life, presumably her decision, I say let her do what she wants.
As for what went on with Shillpa Shetty, I didn't really follow that so have little idea what went on...but whatever happened or who was at fault, no one in the world deserves to suffer this - she is only 27 - same age as me, so it hits home a little.

normally i would say i have no time for her and even when this was announced something in me said this was a stunt.
but hey, she's going through it and it can't be easy cause dying scares nearly every person on the planet and if people are crazy enough to pay outlandish sums for her story, wedding, etc then why shouldn't she cash in as a future for her family.

They were saying that there is such a lot of women that have been to get checked now since Jades has gone public, and she herself said that if she has helped just one person then it is worth it.....you just cannot imagine what she is going through ,yet again life is so unfair..
I think Jade's been extremely dignified over this awful time. When someone as well known as her gets an illness like this the press are all over it like flies on :shit: and there's absolutely no escaping it. I think it's great that instead of hiding herself away and making the press fight for the odd snapsnot she's embraced the fact that she is so ill, the press have been able to get their pics without giving her hell, and the awareness she's raised is superb.
I also think she made the right choice in regards her wedding...she's sold her pics to one magazine only and in turn her boys are sorted financially for the future and she was able to spend her day in complete privacy with her friends and family, very well done

 Not my favourite person in the world, but nobody deserves what she's going through.
She's sold her story to secure her sons boys future.
She has said openly that a big downfall of her's is her lack of education, and she doesn't want her sons to have the same problem and being looked on as "thick".
By selling her wedding photos, her sons have the money for education and a decent start in life.
You got to respect that.
She's also caused awareness of Cervical cancer, with web seach figures going up considerabley.
Yes, she might be a bit thick and a bit annoying, but she's also a young woman, a wife and mother, who is dying very quickly.
I just hope she makes the most of the time she has left, and enjoys it.

I'm not a Jade Goody fan at all, she's a gobshite, one of the worse kind. The way she's sold her sole for a few extra quid when she's already got a pile of cash is not dignified at all.
I feel sorry for her boys, but the sooner she's out of the media the better. Take that to mean whatever you want, but I'm sick of seeing her piggy face in and on the news.

Whether you like her or not, no-one deserves to die like this aged 27, and those boys don't deserve to lose their Mum.

Depends how good of a mother she is. When she's dead it'll prove how terminal she really was, I can't help thinking this is some sort of sick stunt to garner public sympathy and a few more extra quid and she ends up making a miraculous recovery roundabout Easter.

i totally agree with you there Lucy 27 is just no age....cancer is just such a wicked wicked disease..
If i found out tomorrow that i was going to die very soon i would sell my soul to make sure my kids had as best a chance as possible at life.
I hate everything that Jade stood for before all this but if i were in her postition i would be doing the exact same thing, the press wouldve got their pictures anyway but nothing wouldve gone to jade, at least by allowing them access she has made sure they have to pay for it and thus doing the best for her kids.

Jade Goody is a talentless egotistical money hungry slapper who's worth millions already, her kids was set up for life years ago. The sooner she's out of the media the better.

you do not know the full story, and to speak about someone who is dying whether you like them or not is pretty damn low

I get the full story every sodding day in the news.
Had she decided to donate all her winnings to a cancer charity instead of pocketting the loot for herself and family then I'd have a 180 degree opinion of her.

dont beleive evrything you read in the papers, there is no bigger liar than a journalist !!
the money will hardly be for herself if she is gonna be dead. How do you know she has not donated some of the money to cancer ??
Nobody is forcing you to read about it,if there is something on tv i dont like i do the logical thing and change channels.
Still i wouldnt worry you wont see it for much longer which no doubt will please you.
