I often get this message:

vBulletin Message
The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later.

Is the forum too busy, or am I the only one getting these messages?

Me too, so annoying !!!

Think it's all part and parcel of when the site was updated, but I'm sure R. will shed some light on this.. Hopefully !

Or could be because the server's too busy

Yes that too but when it happens after you've just more or less come off it and there was you and one other person it does beg the question as to why it's happening.

I am heavily frequenting some other forums using the same forum-script (vBulletin), but I have never seen the error on them, just here...

Or maybe a server is too busy...and maybe it's hosting more than this one site...so maybe there are 2 people there...and 1000 over there...dunno...

Nothing serious, I have raised the warning level limit a bit.
If that occurs after midnight (GMT+1), then it's most likely due to the daily backup procedure.

Let me know, if it happens again.

I suppose it's because I'm in New Zealand that due to the time difference there's nearly always a daily backup procedure. But it's not a big deal really as I just hit the refresh like I said.
