I know this has been asked before (it even appears in the FAQ!) but I've never seen a definitive answer. During the Bat 1 tour did Meat ever sing both HCW and FCOL on the same show? I would assume it would have to be quite early on the tour as I think he had abandoned both songs by the time he came to Europe.

I know this don't help you; but great question! (awesome avatar too!)
Actually now that i think about it, Bat Out Of Hell live/ Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. That had all 7 songs live.

The DVD is compiled from two shows, and Heaven Can Wait wasn't played during either show. It's probably from a rehearsal or so.

Definitive answer: No, sad to say.

He alternated for the longest time (till the Europe leg in 1978 when his voice got rougher) HCW, FCOL, and More Than You Deserve to follow up took the words.

American leg Set:

BOOH
Took The words
Alternates: HCW, FCOL, MTYD
Paradise
All Revved Up
River Deep
2outta3
All Revved Up Reprise
Encore: Hammerdown or Hot Patootie (My uncle went to the tower theater show of 78 and said he did it there)

After his voice got to that rough state, he decided He'd omit the extra soft songs and the encores. Instead he added Johnny B. Goode to fill the void.

Europe Leg Set:

BOOH
Took The words
All Revved Up
Paradise
Johnny B. Goode
River Deep
JBG Reprise
2outta3
All Revved Up Reprise
