The producer of the Behind The Music series has uploaded various episodes, including Meat Loaf's onto his website for all to see:

A very entertaining and interesting film :D
Remember to watch the film at the bottom of the page if you want to see the whole thing... I started on the two films at the top, and its just sequences of the film, and not necessarily in the right order.

Thanks for posting this :)) I love the episode and the show ... I really wisih they would release it on DVD.
Wonder if this guy who produced this has the information of where he got the Hudson Theater footage and that odd footage where apparently meat sang in a club of some sort (He's wearing a black shirt and suspenders, NOT the toad's place recording)......

I actually e-mailed the producer regarding this, and he replied. Basically he vaguely recalled that those shows and also the one from in around 1994 were taken from Meat's private collection, although it was too long ago for him to recall directly.
Interesting.

Makes you wonder what other hidden gems are in his collection. A decent video copy of Surf's Up would be awesome and the Deadringer movie would be like finding the holy grail.
