I saw something similar, about 10,000 times bigger parked outside The Royal Albert Hall in 2006. :D
Meat had one at the album signing in London :)

It does actually. More likely to be Ellen Foley though.
I don't recall Ellen Foley ever having that kind of haircut.

Then that begs the question of why?
Maybe because of the same reason why there are CDs called Meat Loaf & Bonnie Tyler: Heaven & Hell?

 I got a few different Meat Loaf trucks from e bay a few years ago.
The CHSIB car is still the best though
Although the funny car pit crew shirt tops even that.I've never seen one of those turn up on ebay :p LOL

But it doesn't say Heaven & Hell does it?
No it doesn't .. and the Heaven & Hell album was more of a compilation wasn't it? Songs from Meat and songs from Bonnie Tyler, but not recorded together.

But it doesn't say Heaven & Hell does it?
No, but I've come across a few strange Meat Loaf / Bonnie Tyler associations. That's what I meant.
