I found this ad (http://www.finn.no/finn/bap/object?finnkode=20927225&WT.synd_type=agent) at the Norwegian "ebay-site" Finn.no, where someone sells a framed canvas painting of the Bat Out Of Hell II album cover.
The price is 3.500 NOK, which is approximately 594 USD.
The seller write that the painting was a special-order from a painter.
It seems to be a really nice painting :-)
