i dont think so?
Oh ok .. thanks :-)
I really got a kick out of the part of the twitter when Meat said he wasn't nominated for a Brit award, and Rob said "not yet" under his breath.
Hopefully Rob is right and they'll both get all of the recognition they deserve once Hang Cool Teddy Bear IV comes out !
Oh ok .. thanks :-)

yep, that was interesting?
Thanks for posting those links Vicki.
I caught what Rob had said too...interesting...but more on a lovable note, Meat putting Rob on the spot....uuuuhhhh...Meat kicks out a laugh. That made me smile today.
So the new jacket is kinda' like a rose, no? Pun intended.

Interesting ... and sweet :-)
Ok and one more comment about a pic on wireimage....the one where it's a full length shot of Meat walking....looks like a man with a confident 'swagger'. Meat's got swagger ~ Go Meat Go!

I liked this one from the Brit Awards site .. so often the full length shots are foreshortened and look a bit odd, but this is nice :)
Thanks for posting that Caryl and I agree about this shot.
Is Meat Loaf wearing a man bag???
Is Meat Loaf wearing a man bag???
No, I think it's the line Caryl made in covering up the Wireimage or Gettyimage logo, Dave. Then again.. I could be wrong.. it has happened before. :-)

No presentation from Meat last night at the Brits and no glimpses on the TV coverage either.

It wasn't from Getty so it didn't have a huge watermark obscuring him ;) I can't see what would give the idea he had a bag, man or otherwise .. lol .. unless it was the strip of shirt lining that's showing?

No matter where it is from, I always thought there was a reason why some photos have watermarks. The picture looks better with the watermark than with that carelessly drawn black bar, too.
There is indeed a reason. If you're going to post pictures on this site which have been watermarked, then please do not tamper with the picture to obscure that watermark.

Thanks Andy :-)
I hope you relaxed and had fun at the party Meat !
Vicki
I absolutely adore this one ! That smile on his face gets me every time :-)

There IS NO carelessly drawn black bar from my computer! I don't do carelessly drawn black bars.
However, if people don't like the pictures I can easily remove them
Caryl
Oh I see someome has already done so and saved me the trouble.

it's not about being careless or not, you've been violating copyright by removing the owners watermark.
No discussion.

On German TV, you could see Meat on the red carpet, giving autographs to some kids.
Meat and Paddy! Fantastic!

Sadly true, but he's also one of this countries finest comic actors. Anyone who can't laugh at Phoenix Nights or Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere needs a comedy gland transplant :))

Yes ... definitely gotta love it :-)
It's raining tweets and I'm not even sure where to post anymore. Twitter thread or Brits thread?!? I flipped a coin and landed here. So, we've been in the ride, met the head of publicity, jumped out for 47 seconds of flashbulbs, got a glimpse of some gourmet appetizer (I felt like I was interrupting someone's dinner...pardon my manners), an inside look at the venue, met a Paddy, and even got in a shout for a mom. Wow, what an eventful evening and I didn't even have to buy a new pair of shoes for that outing!!!
I just want to add that when Meat says he's nervous, I can never notice. I think he masks it very well with the infamous smile (as others have said), some humor, and a dash of confidence.
Oh and us in his corner! If ever your nervous Meat, just know we are just a tweet away (keep your flip handy)!!!!

 I wouldn't say "sadly" Andy, I think he does a real good job on the show 8)
To be honest, although I thought he was a funny actor, I thought he'd be a crap presenter, but I was very pleasantly surprised.
He comes over as a very likeable bloke.

You can't make a silk purse out of a pigs ear the show despite Paddy's best effort is absolute tripe.

It is. A crap idea, crap execution, and probably the highest concentration of air-heads known to man.

ITV chairman Archie Norman described Lady Gaga as "amazing". Mr Norman was more in tune with his own generation as he sat in deep conversation with old rocker Meat Loaf , who is a critic on ITV's reality television show Popstar To Opera Star.
