WOW great job Mel. I love the title "Road to Hang Cool Teddy Bear". This thread is a great tribute....a virtual tail gate party (if you will), to Meat. Awesome job guys.

You know, something I thought was incredibly cool was when Meat talked about his "frogs" - the phrase he uses to describe creativity - the ideas for a project that just get you in the middle of the night and you have to jump up and get them down :D

Anyone remember where that clip was from? It could have been a recent video tweet...

You have to love the intensity of Meat's performance, just makes the whole thing great to watch. Oddly, it's like he's channeling Elvis and a Superman II Christopher Reeve in this at times XD

I just found the clip I posted on the ROL way back when :lol:

Basically Meat told Thomas that if they did more than one, it would look like they played from

Okay, I don't have the whole video here right now but as far as I remember, the dialog went like this.

Meat: "Have I ever told you that I love you?"
Thomas (grinning): "Thank you!" (in German)
Meat: "Dankeschön to you, too, baby!"
Thomas: "Thank you for keeping your tongue in your mouth." (in German)
Meat: "Just one! If we do more than one we look like we play from both sides of the plate."

Edit: Thanks, Vicki. By the way, Meat appeared on another TV show a few days later and the host tried to protect himself with a hockey helmet. :))
