These seem to be the two most popular TV concerts according to previous threads, so if you had to choose which would you rather see released on DVD and why?

History Of ML Live:
Anything For Love
Took The Words
Life Is A Lemon
Rock And Roll Dreams
Two Out Of Three
Heaven Can Wait
Paradise
Objects
Bat Out Of Hell
Roll Over Beethoven

Hard Rock:
Lemon
Dead Ringer
I'd Lie For You
Anything For Love
Is Nothing Sacred
Lawyers, Guns & Money
Paradise
Took The Words
Bat Out Of Hell

On the one hand History has the better songs, on the other Hard Rock has more unreleased material.

I would prefer Hard Rock. As much as I would love to hear the full length RARD from that show, the full length tribal drumming Lemon, I'd Lie For You and Is Nothing Sacred would be a better deal.

Hard rock, I love Lawyers Guns & Money and only have it on my Storytellers CD, so I'd like a new version of that, also Is Nothing Sacred, but Roll Over Beethoven also interests me.

I'm fairly certain it's the same version as I had read somewhere previously Meat never played LGAM at Storytellers

LG&M, Lemon and AFL from the Storytellers CD are all from the Hard Rock show, but edited down somewhat (I assume)

That's a good idea- Meat Loaf Live in the 90's- a 3-dvd set with The History of ML, Beacon Theater, and Hard Rock Live.

History. Because that is what got me into Meat Loaf aside from Bat 2.

yes this is true. still would love to see revved up on film though. and he had to have done paradise.

BTW, HCW and 2/3 on the storytellers CD are different too. is HCW from HRL? didnt think it was in the set...

Could release a DVD with the whole shows History of Meat Loaf, Live in the Neighbourhood & Hard Rock and call it the Complete(ish) History of Meat Loaf

Make it so!

Live In The Neighbourhood was a promo concert. Unless someone can prove otherwise I think they only did the 10 songs.

Maybe HCW and 2OO3 were redone after the recording? I know the CD BOOH was recorded during the soundcheck before the concert. 2OO3 may possibly come from the Rock And Roar For A Cure show that happened a couple of days before Hard Rock Live. It's all guesswork though.

If VH1 showed them all originally it would be quite nice if they could put out the DVD like they did with storytellers :D
