Hi Vicki,
For what it's worth. I really believe the forms are being send to Mercury.
It makes me very sad to see 'this family' talk about these things. While we should be happy about the new release AND united.
I hope this will not carry on and on. I for one don't like it.
Thanks to everyone involved in this project! Let's hope Testify   (couldn't resit!) will have a fantastic b-side!! It's great to have a say in that!
Great day to all of you,
I Testify!

Exactly Mariella .. it's an exciting opportunity, and we'd like to thank all the 150 people who have sent in their questionnaires so far .. and hope for a lot more before the two weeks are over :))

Hi Mariella !
I Couldn't Have Said It Better Myself :)
You're absolutely right ... it's a great opportunity for everyone involved :))
Thanks and great day to you too !!
Vicki
This would be in violation of the TOS of this message board. I would consider this a second thread on an already discussed topic.
Thank you,

Hi David,
Sorry, if I have ignored any board-rules by answering this.
I just wanted to point out that 'at the end of the day' we are all Meat Loaf-Believers here. I am not taking any sides in this, don't know all details. Don't have that desire either.
Just want to see the next single (hopefully Testify) where I think it deserves to go! #1!
Again, if I shouldn't have posted here, sorry. Really don't know what TOS means.
Love,
Mariella

No worries about you posting here, as you are not the one who started the thread. TOS means terms of service. It is the agreement you have with the webhost and moderators on the message board. The moderators asked that there be no double threads on the board and that they would either be moved or removed, which I am asking the moderators of this part of the forum to do.
This was posted because the original thread was locked and we wished to answer the concerns David Driskell had said people had, but could not post it on the original thread.
Damned if we do, damned if we don't.

Becuase some people chose to get mean spirited. You can attack the words, but not the person.
Or perhaps, when it doesn't look good for the one with the petty power, then it's time to end it all?
How very convenient, again, that the original message gets locked so no one can respond to it (especially those who would speak truly and not merely puppets of another) and then when another thread is started that brings support for Ms. Burton you go whining and crying about it being a violation of the ToS.
Yes, very convenient isn't it?
Let me guess, they're your toys and if they don't play the way you want to, you're just going to pick them up and take them home? And the idea of a fair and honest discourse with the free flowing exchange of all points of view and information is to be damned straight to hell?
And people wonder why I question the management style and direction here? That this is allowed?
Well, question no more.
Rabe...

I'm not sure what (or who) you're getting at here. If you're drawing conclusions about David's motives for mentioning the terms of service regarding `double posting' (or whatever it's called), then all I'd say is that that is an unreasonable conclusion to draw from his posts in this thread. As David says here, do not attack the person. Disagree with the points/ideas if you must, but do not attack the person.

Shane:
Do not worry about this "Rabe" person. This is just one of the apparently bitter characters from the Jim Steinman list. This person tends to be just an angry person in general from their posts. It does not really bother me. I have not been on the Jim Steinman mail list for quite some time, as I honestly do not feel that Steinman is much of a sucess currently, and I am just disapointed with his recent projects. I do; however, have someone who forwards me some of the posts from the list. Rabe's attacks on my character are quite laughable. I know I get a kick out of hearing him refer to this squabble as a war between
Toadcheese and the ugly ~~~~ing troll
See, this is just another attack against people, not against the words the person uses. That is why, until "Rabe" can bring on a valid argument, I will continue to laugh.

Getting back on topic, this is just to confirm that as I promised earlier in the now locked thread, now the Mercury offices are open and Clive out of his meetings, we have an email address to send the forms to which is their chosen one.
The title of the form will now change to:
MEAT LOAF QUESTIONS
Ther is nothing sinister in this. It's just their way of identifying the forms and allocating them to the correct recipient.
These changes will take place as soon as Vicki is out of bed .. this being her day off :)
Good to see everyone is still smiling!
Vicki, please take your time with this, enjoy your day off. You have been working very hard lately. Thank you once again for that!
Love,
Mariella
