i have seen footage on you tube of the bat on the hang cool tour and this a infatabel women on paradse looks like meat loaf has put a lot of time in to the set this time with the giant skulls to what do they do

I agree, i loved the pyrotechnics ! The skulls from memory didn't do anything, i think they were just an unusual light aid. I could be talking shit, cos i really never looked that closely, i was immersed in the show. they looked cool anyway;) LOL...

skulls had lighted red eyes during the Boneyard song....otherwise a cool pez dispenser looking stage prop. That's all I noticed of them anyway ;)

I thought Happy Bob looked very menacing with those red laser eyes and the way he was swaying a little - it looked like he was going to come right at ya! I'm really pleased he's been brought back. If Meat DOES tour the UK, I think my kids are going to love Bob!

ye i love bob the bat first time i saw him was on vh1 meat loaf live and i thaught wow and that was when i was a kid at 5 years old . i wonder if meat is brining him to the uk also how dsose it work . meat will you do a you tube vid showing fans how the stage is put togeather and how bob works

I'm going to the Bournemouth show. I doubt the stage is gonna be big enough for Happy Bob to make an appearance there, unfortunately.

iam sure thire will be plenty room at bounemouth thire will be a way around it and meat loaf knows how much room thire is at the venues think he has plyed them all before

The Bat didn't make all of the US venues as stages were not big enough - some of the other effects had to be missed as well - all depends on what room they've got to work with. There won't be a problem at the arenas but might be with some of the smaller places

Exactly. We didn't get the pyrotechnics or the Bat at the House of Blues in Dallas. The funniest part was when the inflatable woman wouldn't fit on the stage, so they had to put her off to the side in the audience :lol: Even Meat was laughing about it when he saw her :)) In Orlando, the Bat was back .. and the inflatable woman was back on the stage.

For both shows we had the videos playing on the screen in the background ... I got the biggest kick out of Meat watching himself on the screen while Dave Luther was doing the sax solo during Hot Patootie :lol:

Watching Bob rising up during the motorcycle guitar solo was one of the most awesome things I've ever seen. Then Meat dashing across the stage in front of him when the solo ended. :cool:
