Hi guys,

I would be interested about who of you loves poetry AND maybe writes poems him- or herself (except for White of High obviously  )? And who is your favourite poet? Where do you get your inspiration from? I love writing and reading poetry; and of course my absolute all-time favourite poet is Shakespeare :bunny: :bunny: :bunny: .

Baby Mary

You were brought here by the angels,
rosy cheeks and eyes of blue.
Smiles and laughter all the time
- nothing could compare to you.

Sweet baby Mary, innocent mind,
your heart was pure and dear.
Now there's just sounds of silence left,
for you are no more here.

The angels have taken you back again,
pale cheeks now and closed eyes.
Smiles and laughter gone with the wind...
and my motherly heart - it cries.

We've been over this a couple of times. I myself write poems (not very good ones though) and I love reading them. Inspiration comes from nature mostly.
Good place to start. Always.
