View Full Version : 1990's Nick or 1990's Cartoon Network?
now Nick and CN are crap (imo).
back from 1992 - 2004 (dubbed the "1990's" in general) these stations rocked.
2004 the re-branding happened for both networks and we lost many great shows.
Disney has been crap since they took out their mickey mouse cartoon block in 1999.
For Me: Cartoon Network (cause of Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dexter's Lab, Johnny Brovo, Powerpuff Girls, CARTOON CARTOON FRIDAYS)

Have never watched either channel
It's Cartoon Network for me the only programs I remember watching on Nick were "the Rugrats" and "are you afraid of the dark?"
Nick all the way! We wasted so many hours watching that - Are You Afraid Of The Dark? and Sister Sister were particular favourites
...now going to sit alone and be gutted that I actually had an opinion on this :?
*shakes head in despair*
It's not like I watch them now, or make you watch them!
...Can we get Nick here?!

I take it you despise Nick
I despise most modern cartoons, and will use you Chris, as an example of what they can do to the brain. :))

Never watched this American shit so don't have a clue what you're on about.

See kids, cartoons make you smarter and more attractive :))

So do you not like The Simpsons, South Park, or Family Guy? Aww Andy you are missing out. I love modern cartoons.
Can I also take this opportunity to mention the "Power Rangers", and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", two favourites of mine also. :D

id hardly call them cartoons. they are more animated sitcoms...

True but I still consider them cartoons, maybe I shouldn't, but I do.

My favorite would be the Nick classics The Real Monsters, Beetlejuice, Doug Funny, Hey Arnold, The Angry Beavers.
And I really like Family Guy, Ed Edd and Eddy, and Courage The Cowardly Dog
And I love Power Rangers, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
I'm going to watch cartoons tomorrow morning and eat some Corn Flakes too, and it's all thanks to WarioLoaf. :D

Sounds like a good idea I'll probably do the same.

Everyone on this board has to take time out tomorrow to watch one cartoon program. It'll roll back the years to childhood again.
Which part of "most" do you fail to understand?

See kids, cartoons make you smarter and more attractive :))
So, just how much more stupid and ugly would you have been without them? ;-)
I watched Scooby-Doo everybody!!!! another cartoon I forgot to mention hahaha, and I LOVED every minute of it. I'm going to continue watching cartoons in the future. Amazing stuff!!!
Well since only 10 people voted in the poll I'm doubting anyone else watched a cartoon. Andy did you watch a cartoon? I'm sorry I never noticed the most bit. Nobody can dislike The Simpsons, Family Guy or South Park. You'd want to be barking mad.
Nobody can dislike ... South Park.
:nope:
I can name plenty of people who despise South Park. Not because its unfunny (that nobody can deny) but because its overtly offensive

I've got 3 kids and watch cartoons all the time. I really don't give two shits whether it's Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Playhouse Disney or whatever else is on at the time, so long as it keeps them quiet and out of my way when I'm doing my jobs.
Another one I used to watch was Postman Pat. I remember seeing the clip below a few years back and laughing my ass off. Honestly take a look, it's hilarious. :lmao:
