I recently bought a copy on ebay, you may want to try there. I had to bid on three copies of the course of a month, but I finally got one for about $10. It is on it's way to me now. I bet you could find one fairly quickly that way as well.

I got a used one on Amazon, but I checked and they are out of stock..no help there, sorry.

Ebay sounds like the best option to me, good luck with the search

I bought mine via a music-catalogoue called Ginza here in Sweden and they still sell it I think.
