The dutch has lots of hard words, so to call.... We have hard tones in our language.... like scheveningen, or school.

The word school is in English pronounced like "skool"
In Dutch it will be "sssggggool", it is a bit hard to explain it in this way, but maybe you will have an idea right now, about what i mean.

Now you know what's funny? Trying to translate into a different language, looking up words in a dictionary, one starts to speak oddly in one's own language .. so I didn't say "Is that right?" .. but is it "correct" .. because if I looked up "right" I might get the opposite word to "left" .. and it's got me speaking like that .. :lmao:

Actually TimI wasn't using a translator .. just a dictionary which without divine intervention is the only way I can find Dutch words :)

Dutch is extremely difficult if it's not your native tongue. I commend both you and Bren for having a go at it. :D

Ik hoop dat Meat deze tour naar Nederland komt en dat ik daar alle Nederlandse Meat Loaf fans ga ontmoeten, en dat Brenn een reis naar Nederlands wint, inclusief het Meat Loaf concert, zodat wij haar daar nog meer Nederlands kunnen leren :lol:
Hij komt in ieder geval niet in December, maar misschien in het voorjaar, en misschien lukt het nog kaartjes te krijgen voor Oberhausen over ruim een week.

Lost track of this topic, been away for a few days. Sad days, the hubby of one of the Dutch fans died of cancer last wednesday.
Was very shocked by that and didn't feel like posting.
Today's the funeral.
