From the Hospital in Groningen, the AZG, i would like to say hello to you all. I'm visiting my girlfriend again, that had here second surgery this morning. The third will be within 2 or 3 weeks.

It sucks really, but nothing you can do about it. She is doing fine at the moment, but it is so sad that they made such huge mistakes, so they must do more opperations / surgery again.

Well Original Sin, not really... now she is in a revalidation centre....try to make her walk again... and a guy in the room next to her died 8O :cry:

But okay... that was something different. Next week, the 24th of july, she has a surgery again. It will be the 3rd and the biggest one. So hopefully everything will be okay soon.... i do hope so. I'm a bit worried about this surgery.....

You know. the doctors in the Academic Hospital in Groingen admitted that they had made a huge mistake will they did the first surgery on my girlfriend. That is so ~~~~ing bad!! Now we are thinking of sueing them.

Tomorrow, on wednesday she has a major surgery, and the changes that the surgery will go wrong is 60 till 70 %! That is what the doctor told us..... my god!!! This means that she can't walk correctly anymore!!

I'm so very sad right now..... :cry:

I know mistakes happen, it's so sad when they do.
But being a doctor is being human too Tim.
I'm not defending them, I'm sorry to hear what happenend, but at least they admitted it.

Oh Tim, what a terrible situation. I can't tell you how sorry I am to hear this.

Please be strong, but I can imagine you must be very angry and sad.
I hope/pray the operation will be succesful.

Just got a phone from the hospital.... They did the surgery... but it hasn't gone the way they planned it... .so...I'm so ~~~~ing angry at the hospital. They only make you sicker.

Well flying mouse, they tolled us that the surgery was not done in the way they planned it. That in the near future she must have a surgery again, cause they damaged the nerve were you can feel your leg and foot with, they put new srews in the bone and cut a piece off the bone in the knee of so that the damage will not be that big if she can walk again.
But the long distance future is that she must have a fake knee in her leg. but that is future talk.... But still!!!
