the SWHOF committee only meet once a decade - they map out each of winners for the next ten years, so unless he is a substitute for an untimely death, I guess it was his turn.

Only found this out now, and I'm delighted. "The King Of the Power Ballad", deserves his place in there, and as many have already said he should have been there long ago. I just hope that we see something from him this year.
