does anyone have a cure for very bad sunburn? I was a very silly girl at weekend and didn't reapply sunscreen in the afternoon and now I'm all burnt and red and it hurts!

Tut tut, Louise

Try the usual aftersun, and if that doesnt work, try camomile lotion.

Another good tip is to get a ice cold face cloth, and stick it round your wrists and behind your ears. Those are pulse points, and it cools you down quicker, also try sticking one bhind your kness.

I know how nasty sunburn can be - i went to australia, and went to the beach and came back with 2nd degree burns and blisters the size of small plates!!!

Hope you is ok soon

Soak a flannel or tea towel in diluted vinager and lay it over the ares until it dries out and then reapply. Smelly but really works also helps a colour develop rather than peelin. However it's best started straight away.

And gets rid of the smell after you have been sprayed by a skunk!!! Is there nothing tomatos cannot do!!!!

Sunburn: personally I find that after sun and cold water does the trick. Also germolene helps take the heat out of it
