My darling new hubby of 3 years is Dyslexic.. I have started to write down the things he says as I think I could eventually write a best seller!

If you like them I'll give you one a night!

True story. Last November we were shopping in a nearby town where we had not been before. As we returned to the car, the sun was caught between two buildings. I said "Ooh David, look at that beautifull orange ball". He replied, "Yes, its a full moon tonight".

Puzzelled, I aked him how he could tell it was a full moon tonight by looking at the sun. He replied "Oh, is that the sun? I thought it was the moon!" Laughing, I said "No, its the sun!". What he said next had me in hysterics!! Scroll down to find out what he said next....

"Oh, its the sun is it? Is it coming up or going down?

Hi you two - no, he's definately not an astronomer!

Here is another one for you!

We were walking along the canal one day and we saw a dead creature in the water.

We could not work out what it was. It had hair though, so Dave said he thought it could be a cat. As it had long ears, I thought it was a rabbit so I said to him, "Look, it might be a rabbit - it's got ears".

Dave's reply - "Oooh, its got ears? It must be a fish"!

 I remember my cousin's girlfriend had to take a pregnancy test.
When he heard the results he went to see my auntie to give her the news........
"It's negative,so it must be twins"

Hope this causes no offence to anybody, but without realizing i said to Mousie wont this topic be offensive to any dyslexic people out there ,what if they read this and go mad. Didnt realize what i said till a second afterwards.

It should not cause offence....
Richard Branson is dyslexic, so was Einstein to name but two...

My husband is Dyslexic and I laugh at what he says on a daily basis,, but him causing me to laugh is one of the reasons I love him!

Tonight, while examining my torch to see why it would not light, he said "I have replaced the bulb, but now you need two Durex"

Hi Mariella,

Here is another one for you!

Rushing round trying to get jobs done, at 12.50 I said to David, "I want to watch the news at 1"

"Well", he replied, "You're too late - its 10 to".

...................................................................... ................................

We once went to a pub quiz. The question was "What is the only anagram of CAUTION?" Quick as a flash, David said, "AUCTION".

"My goodness" I said -"That was quick!"

"No", my son replied, "Thats how he always spells it!"
