Yes, thank you for posting this. I like this show but missed it when it was originally on. Pearl does sound good." Piece of my heart" is one of Janis's most well known. My favorite is " Cry Baby" .
I just got her album," Little white Immaculate Fox" I know it is not new but is for me. The front cover is of course similar to Janis Joplin's famous pic where she poses nude except for the long beads.

This is Pearl's father's fan club. I should be on my best behaviour!! Pearl is a lovely singer and charming person I'm certain... after all she's His daughter..

Oh I understand the family connection, I just did not understand his comment. It was the tone of the comment which I could not "hear".

it is a problem on the net, hearing tone . lol I read the comment and thought
OK is he saying
A . this is a Meat loaf fan club not Pearl Aday fan club or
B. I am afraid to say how hot Pearl looks b/c Meat is her father
C something else
isnt' the net fun?
Your pic looks very sweet so I am thinking you meant B.
There is also the difference in expressions used in America and everywhere else in the world. Sometimes it makes conversation difficult.:arrow:

It's gotta go down as a classic bit of tv, love this and feel exactly the same way
