What were they doing in the horses mouth and how did they fall?

Does this suggest some involvement on the new album, I wonder?
Meat did seem to make a point of naming him on TV not so long back.
That's my hunch.
It's all in the new version of BBIS

And what does that mean?
BBIS has always been one of my favorite albums. It has some great songs that I have hoped would be redone without the wall of sound.

Why so cryptic?

Liner notes? Or an upcoming DVD
When is this new version out and is it any different in terms of sound??

speaking of which Kev has the stock arrived and is mine on its way? (Simon George)
Why so cryptic?
Probably doesn't want to give away any spoilers in the hope that we'll all buy the album to find out. ;)

When is this new version out and is it any different in terms of sound??It will be exactly the same as the old version in terms of sound in the same way that Bad Attitude and Live At Wembley were both exactly the same as their old versions. Cherry Red only have the rights to rehash the existing albums.

So you will be resisting the dangling hook? ;):lol:I have no desire to spend my hard earned money on something I already own. Especially something that wasn't particularly good the first time. And to be perfectly honest I don't care what John Parr thinks of Meat Loaf, or what Meat Loaf thinks of John Parr. And I doubt anything written in the liner notes can be taken as gospel anyway, or that it can be described as 'from the horses mouth.'
The hook will carry on dangling.
ooooooooooooooooooh!!! Sounds the same to me. The John Parr/Meat situation is pretty much the whole story from the notes. Also something about a saxophone player who did all his tracks in one day and never saw Meat again.
Certainly no carrots on this one.
Simon - Stock was late on this one. It should be with you later this week. I got CR to send me a copy.
A carrot though... one of our biggest clients will be handling the new Meaty album.
