Jamelia? How was she trying to be white? Huh?

The lip syncing was the best part.

I think at that point around the performance time, it was still on the cards I think. Not sure.
It was a weird time. An amazing show at Royal Albert Hall. A very poor radio show with a BAAB performance which had live band and vocal from the album and this lip sync thing with live improv at the end. I wonder if they could have used the live vocals from RAH to make the latter two more believable somehow.

That's right. "Blind as a bat" should have been the single. And they should have released "The future..." after Jennifer won an Oscar. They could have had a nice "second wind" with that one. Not sure why we got "Cry over me", which I like, but I wouldn't have had it as the next single. Bear in mind though, you're talking to someone who thinks "Bat 2" should have had seven singles (think about it: AFL, Lemon, Rock and Roll Dreams, Just Won't Quit, Frying Pan, Objects, Good Girls.)

Cry Over Me would've been the LAST song on that album Id of thought would've gotten a single release. omg its the least sounding steinman track on the album.

It was a rather depressing song and a VERY depressing music video. Nothing Rock about it imo. I agree with the 7 singles thing. Imagine another 4 Michael Bay videos before he went crazy and did endless Transformers crap.

I'm still convinced that it must have been in Diane Warren's contract for providing the song that it become a single.
