Ultimate Classic Rock has a poll for Best Summer Song. Meat has made it to the final vote with You Took The Words.

He wants to win this as a tribute to and for Jim. You can vote every hour.

Today is the final day.. poll closes at 11.59pm US Eastern Standard time today, 04.59 tomorrow morning in the UK. This means a lot to Meat, so please cast some votes today. A little effort for a man who works his ass off so often for us :-)

WOW, 58.87 vs 41.13 the other side has been voting hard today. we had been keeping about a 19 point gap and it has closed to 17.:(

Still voting on the hour for as long as i'm awake! :D Seems to be moving up for Meat again, we are at 59.18%, would be great to see it back into the 60's though!

I've just cast my last vote and Meat is back upto 60.5%, i'm up early to catch a flight so may be able to get one more in before the poll closes! Somehow I don't think Meat will loose this now!
