As some of you know I created 80 minutes of the beloved RAH concert by using a load of fan footage.

I had several requests of creating the full show. And I am working on it now. If any of you fine people have video recordings of that evening and want to share it, so we can create the ultimate RAH concert. Please contact me. Any clip will do. even 3 second clips from old mobile phones ;)

Nope. There is no complete pro footage of the show. According to someone that I spoke about it (when creating that video) they were only allowed to record several minutes of footage between RAH and the Atlantic City show. And, according to that person, nobody else was recording the show. So whatever we will get, it will always be a fan recording.

I know that even the current RAH show, that I put up. Has footage that was never on YouTube before ;)

And watching a 6 minute song is not the same as watching 3 clips of 2 minutes :cool:

In 2006/2007 (well before the 10 minute YT upload limit was dropped) I put a DVD together from RAH like this from an audio bootleg and clips I found on YT at the time. I gave this away but I believe I still have all the clips on an old PC. The PSU no longer works on that PC, but I can try to get the data of the HDDs if possible.
The running time was well over an hour. I suspect a lot of the clips will be duplicate that you have but I did have 10 or so minutes from my own crap camera at the time (and I was at the front ;) )


Will see if I can look this out for you.

I'm assuming you'll be using the same audio sources? Or are they new ones? Curious!

Using the same audio source as the one on youtube. It's the best I have atm. And it is complete. ;)

But if I find a better audio source I will use that. Easy enough to sync with the video :cool:

Act 2 (The last hour of the show) is now finished and complete. Working on completing the first act, but could use some extra footage.

People that just see this topic and have video of the Royal Albert Hall Show, pm, mail, telephone or visit me! :D

Well I am currently in bed with fever. And I hope to receive some extra video footage but it will be within 2 weeks nonetheless :-)

Watched the video above and Meat was super intense that night. If ever there was a soundboard to be gifted to the fans, I think this is the one i would want.

A 1988 European leg one would be far better but yes this is one of my top board pics I desire

Thank your German fans for the video quality. I received most of the clips from German fans at the RAH.

The one in the upcoming concert video is basically the same as that one. I made that YT video a while back and since received some other video clips. Although the concert will be complete, I have to work with the footage that I received. Sometimes that means low quality video :-)

Btw the Bat out of Hell version on yt is the one that will be in the concert.

When can we expect the 'final final' version ??

I just recovered a day and a half ago from my fever :shock: but working on finishing the complete show. So far I have everything done with exception of Paradise (4/5th finished) and Took the Words (which will be a challenge as I don't seem to be able to find footage of that performance :( )

It looks different from the video I put on youtube. Although I had to use some footage from the 'Ball der Sterne' concert to fill in some gaps (not too many). Look at it as the DNA explanation from Jurrasic Park. I had a large string of Dino DNA but had to fill some gaps with frog DNA :cool:.

My grattitude to the people who provided me material (you all know who you are and I am grateful). Funny enough 98% of this LONDON concert was provided by German fans, having me think some of you UK folks have material I could still use! Don't be shy ;)

Anyway, I hope to be able to post it this weekend. If you still have material to share, please do. It can only make the concert look better!!!
