For Crying Out Loud
Read Em And Weep
*Peel Out
You Never Can Be Too Sure About The Girl
It Just Won't Quit
Home By Now No Matter What
Forever Young
Whore
Running Away From Me
More

*I believd the way to play the Dead Ringer is the songs in reverse order ! With Nocturnal Pleasure continuing to precede Dead Ringer For Love.
Everything Is Permitted a fine album builder and
Peel Out an excellent closer!

Funny way of looking at the "Deadringer" album. Never thought of Read'm and weep as a Deep Cut because at the time 1 started to became a fan, it was featured on numerous compilations. Guess you could say that everything Meat recorded between 1981 and 1993 can be described as a Deep Cut.

I don't consider Read 'Em and Weep a deep cut. It has a video and was a single.

I think your nr 2 is more a shallow cut  but then again i only knew of the term "Deep Cut" for about six months.

When looking at the lists so far, i noticed that MATLAF is featured on all of them.

Lol fair enough. Yeah the awesome thing about Matlaf is that Meat takes some pleasant little songs and sings the absolute hell out of them haha.

Matlaf ain't like any the records that preceded it or after. Having said that I throughly enjoy playing most of the album. Their little rock songs that too don't sound like any rock bands from the 1980's. Also it's the one album to feature Mr. Max Weinberg on every song.

One of the many things about the album which I find great is the guitar playing. Razor's Edge is also not your every day rocker and the character almost sounds as if he's being questioned.
Kinda in the way Baal from The Dream Engine would by Max and Emily.. but more in a FBI tv show sense I've always thought. Neat 'little' track , haha. The much edgy guiar live recordings just get overlooked.

Is it because the BOOH records was the fan favourites.
I can certainly say Meat has taught me to be more objective about music. Enjoy something cause it's awesome not because it is enjoyed by everyone else.
