Scanning the Sunday papers I came across an article on the junk foods that kids eat followed by an experts alternative suggestion. One particular biscuit was slated for having too much fat, sugar and salt. The experts alternative was - buttered meat loaf. I know he meant malt loaf but I know which alternative I would choose!!!

Now thats a typing error I can live with. Just make sure there's a couple of slices left over Heat
Just a large portion for me please
What I couldn't do with a slice of that, all in the aid of medical science of course.

I can't help smiling if I'm in Marks & Spencer food department and catch sight of their prepacked Meatloaf. :D
I'm vegetarian so I've never actually bought it. Has anyone else tried it?

I often have my mum's home made meat loaf with a tomato sauce covering. If the 'biscuit' referred to in the first mail is the one I think it is, it is the leading brand of the company who's warehouse I run, well as a Team leader anyway!
