Trading tickets without giving your money to eBay

Just wondered if anyone here knew that there is an alternative to the scalpers and touts that is FREE, where tickets trade at FACE VALUE and where not one farthing of your money goes to the black-market that is sponsored by eBay. I heard about it at Glastonbury. Met some people there who'd used it. Apprarently they had a Scarlet Mist Party where everyone who'd brought a ticket was invited to have a spliff together. Neat idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
