Could something be done about limiting the amount of spam and porn links that are being sent to this Yahoo group? Recently it seems that about 50% (if not more) of all posts to this Yahoo group are either spam or porn.

With all the spam that is around at the moment, lots of groups are either checking e-mail addresses before allowing people to join the group or banning addies once they have spammed.

As this group represents MLUKFC on Yahoo, shouldn't it be more closely monitered?

Nothing I can do about it as I don't have admin access there.

I guessed that was the case but this forum is moderated by Anne and Diane....I believe Anne has the access. As she hasn't replied to the comments posted by fans on the mailing list, I thought that maybe she would see it here instead.

I completely agree 100% SueW, something should be done.
