The lead guitarist in Meat's band and a band that goes by the name of "Anthrax." I haven't heard them yet but I sure am going to pick up some albums by them. There is this one video clip of Meat in NBA. is that ever awesome how the band plays so well, I mean incredibly well! I reccomend this site if anyone likes Meat's lead guitarist Paul Crook. Anthrax was his former band.

IIRC, he had a 'hired gun' status, and was never really 'in' Anthrax. Did some tours and albums (Stomp 422, Volume 8 - which he also co-produced) with them, though...
Also, he was in Sebastian Bach's band (fromerly of Skid Row), and was guitar-tech for bands as Blue Oyster Cult, Megadeth, Slayer, Michael Shenker, etc.
