oh we als had a problem with NTL but call was from India :roll: :roll:
we are on BT broadband and they wanted us to go back to a dial-up :evil: :evil:
first we dont have a modem anymore :twisted:
then when trying to phone them up the number was no longer in service :evil: :evil:
but they still wanted our bank details so all we done was cancel the bank demit and we just went s**** you

That reminds me of the new 118118 service. Everytime ive used it they either havent been able to find the number or theyve connceted me to the wrong number which is a bit embarassing :oops:
