Saw this, last week. I found it on video. Meat Loaf's the villain, and there's one sequence where he's standing out in the snow, standing erect with a huge shot-gun, and the vision is absolutely amazing and inspirational. He really runs this picture. Besides BLACK DOG, and the movie about the kid that became a cripple, this is the best thing I've ever seen Meat Loaf in.
I have been told that this is on British Television over Xmas. As soon as I find details will post them here. :D
The film To Catch A Yeti is on the early hours of Boxing day morning at 4.30. Set those video recorders if you ain't got it already. oh Channel 5 on British Television.

I saw this film a few years ago. Its worth a watch as Meat is very good in it - he plays a mean villain (literally!).
Unfortunately Meat has a 'Dumb Sidekick' which somewhat spoiled it for me, & the 'Yeti' is hilarious!! :)
But its a good film for the Kids & Meat fans, I just prefer his more 'Grown up' work myself

Yes, a great movie, I recorded it on the vcr several years ago here in the states. Meat has a good role in the movie and I think that he does a great job in the movie.
Oh, and a question , What is Boxing Day??? :)

I hate it! I know it's a child movie but I hate! I'm very critical with the films from USA! Sorry!
Boxing Day is the day after Christmas Day (26th December), us British call it Boxing day.

Thanks, Jayd2
I have heard Boxing day mentioned before and always wondered what it was. :)

Just watched this for the first time, taped it this morning and it is not a bad film, one for the kids, but there is always that inner child in a adult. Meat is the best actor in the film, the rest seem to act a bit drab, but it is good fun, and yes the yeti is hilarious. :D

I do agree with you... but David Lynch is my favourite film director and it happens that he's American...
sorry, I'm off topic!
