Live At Wembley 82 video question

Does anyone know who the guitarist is that appears for a few minutes during Promised Land?
He comes on from the side of the stage and plays guitar by the side of Meat.
Meat then goes to the mic to introduce who he is, but you can't quite hear what he says and then the mystery man goes off stage again, so does anyone have any ideas as to who he is??

His name is George Barowski , he was one of the guitar techs on the tour,
He continued with meat until 86 or 87, On the lost boys tour he opened up for meat on a couple of occasions, he was a really great songwriter from manchester and had a band called A Conspiracy.

How do i know all this Suff?????
