Hi all

Does anyone know how to make mpgs smaller? I have loads in very big and good quality, but need to make them smaller to fit on the net. My web host has decided they are to big

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

Usually the graphic programms (at least one should be on your computer) have got a function "resize image".
I think you have to convert the pics on your harddrive and then upload them again-considering your really big homepage, that sounds like a lot of work to me :?

Got them all R  and tried all of them apart from divx. I just cant seem to make the small quality vid files out of a big one.
