Kasim Sulton Solo Gig

Just a reminder that it's 4 weeks tonight (Saturday 7th February) that Kasim Sulton plays his first solo gig in over a year! As you know, Kasim is currently on tour with Meat Loaf in the UK and then they travel to Australia and New Zealand in February and March before Kasim goes on tour with Todd Rundgren in April to June, so it looks likely that this will be Kasim's only solo gig for several months.

Kasim will be playing at Dock Street, 691 Bay Street, Stapleton
Staten Island, NY. http://www.DockStreet.com is the website address or telephone (347) 723 1825 for more info. Doors open at 10.00pm and tickets are $10 which are available at the door.

Doug Kennedy (formerly of The Isle Of Q) will be joining Kasim on stage for some of the songs. http://www.kasiminfo.com/2004/02/07.html has links to nearby hotels and restaurants. Staten Island is located almost halfway between both JFK and Newark airports.

Its a shame Kasim only really does American gigs (well, obviously excluding the fact he opens for Meat ;) ). Would be worth the mileage to go and see him and then some.... but sadly not the cost it would be to go to America :(
