CHSIN funny car- problems anyone?

Hello folks, has anyone received their car yet?
I ordered one in September and I appreciate it would take time for the autograph as meat was in Europe, but my credit card was debited three times hopefully in error. I was promised a refund before Christmas but nothing yet and Bill is not answereing my emails, all those who know me also know that being a nurse means that I on my limited income I can't really afford to lose the money/

Any suggestions anyone? I am waiting to hear from OIFC

I received the shirt within a couple of weeks, no problems with that

Rosie I am so sorry to hear your news, I do know that a US Fan waited an extremely long time to get her shirt but after many emails and promises it did arrive.

Are the emails bouncing or being received? Can you put a check on them to see if they are opened and read?

Can your credit company not help you? Ask them, as you have only authorised 1 debit - the others are more than questionable and they should be able to do something.

The emails are not bouncing just not being received.
It is strange as the shirt arrived OK. The credit card company have said it is not strictly fraud so they are not too keen to intervene as I know who it was etc etc and when I found out I was promised a refund staright away.

Vee at OIFC has emailed to off er to ring him on my behalf so fingers crossed/

I have been watching this thread for a while, and there have been no new posts for three weeks. Has anyone heard anything? Has anyone been e-mailed back? Some of us have been waiting almost six months and I really wouldn't mind waiting if SOMEONE would be able to tell me WHEN to expect the car. If I was told I had to wait until May, I would wait until May, but having my e-mails ignored when I bought something in good faith is getting annoying to say the least. :? What I want to know is WHEN, WHEN, WHEN?

When did you order yours? I didn't place an order myself but am concerned that peple are experiencing such problems.

I ordered Oct. 15th, 2003. Rosie ordered in September. I was told it could arrive in as little as two weeks (saved all e-mails which were all answered in minutes BEFORE I bought the car). Like I said, I don't mind waiting (the disappointment of missing Christmans and a birthday is past) but it is a gift and I would like to know WHEN to expect it. If I wasn't so excited about the car and Meat Loaf's autograph maybe I wouldn't mind so much, but it shouldn't matter what I ordered. Most suppliers will inform you if something is back-ordered or shipping is delayed and they will provide you with an estimated date of delivery. They DO NOT IGNORE every e-mail you send. I don't want a refund either, I just want to know WHEN.

I think this sounds very suspect and does nothing for the reputation of the artist if this is happening to his fans.

I would love to contact them!!!! Do you have any contact information for us? And I agree this does nothing for the big guy. I've hated taking things to the forum like this, but at least we're not being ignored here.

Meat's management have emailed me they are looking into it I have told them I am not the only one email me not pm and I will forward all the details of anyone wanting their help :lol:
