Sorry to break the trend here guys but my vote goes to Nirvana.

I really like both bands but while i despise Axl Rose i think that Kurt Cobain was a genius, albeit an idiot as well.

Nirvana are probably the only band who have ever rivalled Meat Loaf as my favourite band/artist of all time

Well, obviously Guns And Roses, not that i like Axl, but their music is okay. Nirvana just sucks, my opinion... glad that Kurt killed himself, otherwise i had to do it.
