Can i just ressurrect this topic to remind you all that you only have FIVE days to prepare for the 2005 Talk like A Pirate Day!!!

The official website for the uk is Here (http://www.yarr.org.uk/).

So you need to make sure you have all brushed up on your nautical sayings and shivered your timbers, avasted your hearties and other pirate like things.

Some advice for those of you still to make your costumes:

1. A cricket stump makes a jolly good wooden leg - but don't forget you will need a sharp knife to amputate the real leg first.:shock:

2. If you don't live near a pet shop, a feather coated carrot sounds an awful lot like a parrot!!! (i am allowed the occasionla bad joke!!):shock:
