I have been when it was every morning and the doctor told me that most people suffer with it but don't physically feel it and gave me an option to either take a tablet for the rest of my life or just deal with it, so I just deal with it.
Doctor's is not easy to get to if you don't drive so I avoid the surgery unless I absolutely need to go.

Wish someone could tell me how to get rid of this bout of cold - flu I have.... I can't seem to get rid of it!

Anyone know of any remedies I could use please?

You could try mixing runny honey, lemon juice, and boiling hot water together.
Let it cool slightly before drinking. Brilliant for sore throats and coughs but tastes disgusting!
