When I moved in with Andy I remember the day I loaded my car up with "the collection" and my oldest teddy bear, set off and realised I needed petrol - didn't dare get out of the car! That stop put the Red Bull F1 team to shame, never re-fuelled so quickly in my life!

I'm terrified of rail crossings...I think it comes from the "rail safety" video they used to show at school when I was little, they did a really good job of keeping me away from them!

I remember those.
I think they might have given us some little rail safety booklet too and I remember having bad dreams about that sort of stuff.
I vividly remember the video...some kids playing by the tracks, train comes then it all goes dark, then in the next shot they're in the kid's house and he's disabled, which I felt was a bit much for a 5 year old!!

Well... you do know that puttin it in boxes makes it easier for burglars to take it with them... right?
somehow related (but not really). True story.
A few years back I was away for the weekend. It was a stormy weekend with much rain. When I got home I discovered a small hole in the roof and the rain had poured inside. About 20 to 30 cm of water in the living room. I had stored all my cd's on the bottom shelf of my cupboard and needless to say all my CD covers got destroyed. Including my Meat loaf CD collection.
I had one signed Meat Loaf CD that was signed during the CHSIB tour which I was fund of. It happened that just before I left the house that weekend, I showed that CD cover to a friend of mine and I left the CD on top of my stereo set. It wasn't touched by the rain at all :D. No matter how devestated I was at first by the fact that a lot of stuff had suffered from the water, that actually gave me a feeling of relieve and joy
Andy's "Meat Loaf stuff in the roof" story doesn't have such a happy ending..!
Andy's "Meat Loaf stuff in the roof" story doesn't have such a happy ending..!
It doesn't no. Mainly because there wasn't a roof for a while, and my stuff was then effectively the roof!
That doesn't sound like a happt tale...
It wasn't. Lost some autographed stuff form the 80's, including the 3 foot tall cardboard promotional gravestone from Hits Out Of Hell that Meat signed after the January Bad Attitude concert in my home town.

I'm thinking I would love my Meatie friends to watch the little sitcom pilot I wrote and directed, zero budget but making it happen anyway- trying to follow my dream. :) Cheeky

Was following the setlist live on the Greasy Lake forum. Such bitching it was the same album as at yesterday's show. Looked like a great setlist to me. Glad you had fun. :D

Kind of a strange ending, I thought.
And as a friend of mine would say, what am I? Chopped liver?
Just put a sign on my head please.... CHOPPED LIVER DEPT.

Lindfield races tonight 21.00
Horse called LOAFER running?
50/1..........but you never know.
For a bit of fun I used this type of scientific approach at Windsor last night. The horse's name needed to be at least one word in a Meat song title.
Let's just say it's the last time I extract an idea from you!!
When both Ryan Moore and Richard Hughes are landing three-timers and I am backing nags like Skinny Love (you out loud) then I need my marbles testing.
Despite not winning a jot I had a good night.
Windsor's a minefield on a Monday evening yet you may see something like Red Rocks win a pokey maiden and then go on and win at the Breeder's Cup meeting!
Thieving ~~~~ing ~~~~~~~s! Asshats stole my camera out of my coaches car last night... It should never have been there as I was still at the game when my coach picked it up last week! FUUUUUUUUUU!!!!

Oh dear. I use this type of thing aswell. Looking at patterns from earlier results. Same starting letter, same number etc.................must be mad, hardly ever win big.
Will have another go tonight.

Oh dear Mel, sorry to hear that. Maybe they will look at your Meaty pictures....feel sorry for you and give it back!! Because....apparently 'not everyone is a Meat Loaf fan'
Cretins.
But.....it could be worse. I have been 'talked' into going to see Robbie Williams at Wembley Stadium on Friday.
Let the beer floooowwwwww.
i hate my job
Cheer up dude. Most of us hate our jobs!
Let's meet up, drink beer and cry on each others shoulder about it!

Lol, all my pictures were backed up onto my computer at least, but I was using the SD cards as my back ups to my computer ha ha.
Only pictures I've lost are the ones I took last week at Gaelic football... It's just a pain in my arse...
My poor coach had his laptop stolen too, but they left my sunglasses that are worth about the same (actually, I think brand new they're worth more than) as my camera... but I'd rather they took the sunglasses!!

Yes, but he's such a miserable f***er that I'm more than happy that he considers himself Scottish - if he was truly British then he would have a sense of humour ... !

Yeah wouldn't hurt him to crack a smile once in a while would it? Same can be said for Paul Di Resta in F1 who gets more miserable with every race.
