This is the START OUT OF HELL & ARRIVE TO HEAVEN topic.
Let's Go to Rock 'n' Roll!!!!!!
Burning Down (2)
Oh God! I think my CD has ruined at the sixth song. Maybe Prince was singing to this album...
The worst Meat Loaf song. The lyrics and the music is so primitive that I can't believe! Who is the songwriter? I'd give him to arms of Lucifer!!!!!
Grrrr.....
My score: 2
Average: 5.06 (45.5/9)

For me "Burning Down" is the worst Meat song! The lyrics are so bad and the melody, too. The song is also one of Frank Farian's worst songs, he ever has composed. But it's still Meat Loaf who sings the song.
2 or 3/10
I absolutely don't like this song. The lyrics are to simple. Bad background vocals. Bad music.
My score: 3
This is one good song!! Very nice, cool rythem, nice lyrics!!! Yeah you all, i like it.
Also on of the best, i think.
I will give it a 9/10

 Before I review this song let me just say..
Meat,if you ever read this,I'M SORRY,I'M SORRY'I'M SORRY.
I just don't like this song at all.
The music and the lyrics just don't work.
1/10 Burnt :? .
I will now go and write out "I must not give Meat bad reviews" 500 times.
i like this Tyre tracks & broken hearts forum. So many people having differerent opinions about songs. it's very funny. I like the intro, it's peacefull. i like meat's vocals, they are peacefull, i like the chorus, the drums and the sas, the guitars. it's a great song. i remember back
in 87 it was many times the opening of the masculine 20/20 vision tour.
8/10

Its in a very 80's style but I love the "Burning Down, Burning Down" chorus a lot as well as the funky mix of the drums, guitar and saxophone. It gets an 8/10 from me.

I do like the Burning Down chorus as well.
But... what is that song about????
Still sounds too much à la frank farian! :?
6/10
Another good solid song ruined by the production
5/10 for the final product version but it had potential to be far far better.... Frank Farian hang your head in shame!!!!

Ok, DO IT fans: guess who wrote this song??
Noooooooooooooooooo. It wasn't Frank Farian
IT WAS BILLY RANKIN.
Because Rankin wrote it, and I'm such a huge fan of DO IT, I give it 5/10.
Such an odd Meat song. Far from the worst in my ears but far from the best.

Or me. Live or otherwise.
I don't even remember what it sounds like.
It is not the pile of steaming ... that Did You Ever Love Somebody is - THAT song is the absolute worst thing Meat Loaf ever recorded, not this song.
4/10
