looks nice. just some constructive criticism.
you might want to consider shrinking the background image on the first page. the page seems to be many times longer than it needs to be.
and somebody seems to have hacked your guestbook.

you could reduce the size of your source code, particularly for the tour dates section by using xhtml and style sheets.

sorry its not the background image. your index page appears to have about a hundred empty paragraphs after the counter.

i noticed that but being me am a lil unsure what to do about it. as for the guest book this has became an almost deffinate thing to happen as it happened with the last site aswell. i aint got a clue how to stop it.

holy mama!!!! Comments are dissapearing of the book; i had a comment off of dottie and now its gone, looks like i might get rid of the guestbook and set up a forum instead, what do you think?

Very nice site. Am puzzled by the guestbook problem though. You can get a free guestbook at www.htmlgear.lycos.com. I've had one of those on my site for 6 years and have never had any problems.
