I think I'm going to like uni on a Friday!

I started Sunderland Uni last Monday, and today I finally had a proper seminar that wasn't just "hello, this is what we're doing the rest of the year, off you go!" This morning (in a Journalism seminar) we talked about things relevant to the subject. Anyway, at the beginning, someone's mobile went off, and our lecturer told us of one exam where they were all told to turn their phones off, and when he checked his it was still on. As it made a noise when it's turned off, he had to slip out of the room to switch it off or else if the phone rang, Anything For Love would start playing! :lol: :D I said I love that song, but didn't have a chance to capitalise on the discussion :roll: Maybe next week! :D

I'm at Sunderland uni too doing biomedical science, unfortunatly no one on my course is a big Meat Loaf fan, but I'm sure people in the murray library are getting sick of me blasting meat loaf songs

I've found one guy who kinda likes Meat. But I'm getting so sick of hearing rap and dance music, especially since one of my flatmates is addicted! :shock: Think if I blast Meat it would drown it out...no contest! ;)

Actually, switch day in title to Thursday. Huge boo-boo (for want of a stronger word) with timetables so I now have that lecturer on a Thursday :roll:
