12th Anniversary

In two days time (October 23rd) it will be the 12th anniversary of Meat's first and only number one single. A song that sounds as fresh and powerful as the day it was released.

I have a question tho, does anyone know if there are any plans to release the Bat 2 picture show on DVD?

Maybe there will be a special DVD release containing all classic clips (including those from WTTN) with some special new live footage at the same time Bat 3 is released. It sure would be a good marketing strategy.

or maybe there should release the entire video collection on dvd?

Good idea, I think that a dvd should be made of all Meat's vids, then the Bat 2Picture show vid put onto dvd (yet another one worn out!!) and also the live concert of WTTN..... A whole Meaty box set!

Ooh yeah, like it. It would have to be one of the early Bat gigs, before Meat started to lose his voice, I think Nassau had a good recording. Then one from the 80's and it would have to be one where he sang Bad For Good (if a pro-recording of this exists), failing that maybe one from the Bat 2 or Born to Rock tours. And of course, you have the latest tour, however, not sure if any of them were recorded either... I do remember a number of camera's at Wembley in Jan 2004...

But so many artists have DVD's of their music video's, for Meat to release one around Bat 3 would help to make it as much an event as the first two.
